"I am so impressed by Dominick Parente, the owner and service provider of DP Mechanical. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and maybe best of all, super responsive and eager to help. I first used his services back in October 2026 when I realized that I need to have my heating system prepped for the winter. I called a number of companies, but he was the most responsive and reasonable. He was personable and careful with my home and the equipment he worked on. He went "above and beyond" the work I hired him for and helped me with something additional that was minor to him, but major to me. Then, this evening (Jan 23, 2026) I contacted Dominick again because I was worried about the upcoming major storm we're all preparing for here and I didn't know how to handle things if something went wrong with my heating or my water pipes. He very kindly explained everything to me and gave me some really good advice about how to make sure my heating unit stays functional when snow is piling high outside. Anyway, I very highly recommend Dominick and he is the ONLY service provider I will call for HVAC or plumbing needs. He's great!!!"
